During this time I just trained when I could with my kettlebells and bodyweight stuff. I switched to eating once a day in the evening and lost 20lbs and have kept it off.

Now im making the transition back into powerlifting/strongman training. Still eating once a day and still loving it and getting stronger just as fast as when I ate 5 times a day, im just not gonna get fat this time.

Im currently 190lbs, still squatting just under 600lbs and my bench press is a little under 300 at the moment and going up im leaps and bounds. Deadlifting is still in the barbie weights but also growing like crazy.

Heres some workouts from this week, keep in mind all done in a fasted state-

Squats- up to 385 7x5- I actually was able to shorten my rest periods on the last three sets.
Speed pulls- 285x6x2 with heels elevated
Rack pull from kneecap- 550x3x3 50lbs over last week and much easier to boot
Chinups with 45lbs- 5x5
pullups with fat grips- 5xmax reps
