5 9 126....wanting to cut..../facepalm

Please help! I covered my bone with some strange substance...I don't like it!!!

LOL!! Seriously, the one thing I will say to the 16 year old, is take Phil's advice please. I wish that when I was 16 lifting cement filled weights in my friend's backyard that I had access to these forums. Man, I would take full advantage, but then again we think we know it all when we are that age. Regardless, my advice to you is start eating around 4000 cals. a day and add Squats and Deadlifts to your training. If I can add 30 lbs to my frame in less than a year at 34. You can easily do it at 16 and still look good.
