Phil,
I love the idea of putting protein in a gallon jug and sipping it all day. Sounds like a great way to keep your metabolism revving. Do you use garden variety whey for that? Doesn't it get nasty? Do you need to refrigerate it during the day?

Yhea worked great nice steady slow aminos all day long. I used it during that little cut I did, really got he hydration up as well. I mixed it in a empty milk Jug the night prior and kept it cold all day. you could make several small jugs as well. I used regular old American Whey. No need for casein when your slowly drinking it all day.

Who likes cutting fat you ask???!! Well, I DO!! Its easy (unlike you've stated.....), but like your previous article, It helps to have that evil "addictive personality trait"!! LOL

Its easier than most realize, and I'm sure this article is aimed at the "unknowing". Your points hit the mark for sure, its just boils down to how bad you want it. My own personal bout with "getting lean" proves how bad I wanted it, judging by my prof pics. Then again, it boils down to how bad you want it, and finding what works FOR YOU.

It came down to a low carb/high fat diet (keto) for me, .... I do no cardio ( I use EDT every 5-6 weeks for 2-3 weeks for that, alternating heavy straight splits or GVT inbetween)..... but like I've said, thats for ME. Do it to it..........
