And that was a great answer also to the guy who was worried about how much the other guys in the gym were lifting. I would add to it two things. One that lifting is progressive. What he sees them lifting now is not what they were lifting when they started. And two; watch their form. If their lifting alot with poor form; maybe their not as strong as you think they are.

I will add also you are the only measuring stick that matters when it comes to your present state and your progress. If you continually get better then you and thats your concentration those other people dont matter. If your wasting time thinking about others your not giving you the due attention to progress.
